Reverse Table pose is wonderful in its own right, and in one of the Tibetan rites, the requirement is to move from seated staff pose into table pose, back to staff and keep repeating the movement. <p>Crane looks very similar to crow but with crane we&#8217;re aiming to get the knees a little further to the back of the arms, rather than squeezing the sides of the triceps, they&#8217;re working further up towards the armpits.
