It felt so good to finally figure out the hand grip to pull my foot up :&#8217;-) </p>
<p>Two poses that can build up to king pigeon are pigeon pose, bringing one knee to the hand in a plank position, while bringing the foot to the opposite hand, dropping the shin parallel to the front of the mat while the other leg lays&hellip;</p>
